      1) redundant process makes working less efficient 2) old PCs and slow tools make work less fun - sometimes feel wasting my life

      Pros

      Challenging work, smart and talented co-workers. Excellent pay and GREAT benefits; stock options or stock for all, free health and dental, bonuses. Hard work is recognized. Facilities are very nice - I came from cubicleland and at Qualcomm I have an office - for myself - with door! We have onsite tennis courts, swimming pools, gyms, and mobile dental clinic and salon for haircuts, nails, massages, etc. Free movie night is a great opp for young families to come to movies, enjoy soda and popcorn, and watch movies in the Jacobs theater...

      workload can be brutal at times...
