Pros
The company has some great programs to help employees advance their own skill sets. The benefits package is nice but is not that much better than other major firms.
Cons
The review process is a joke. It happens twice a year and is just a way for employees to bash each other anonymously. Management would rather pit workers against each other than actually manage their employees. Expect a management re-org at least every three months. Execution of any idea there is almost non-existent. It may have been a good company at one point but it's definitely going down the tubes. For proof of that look at their stock price.
