      Pros

      Great benefits. Good corporate culture - you are respected for whatever you do. Amazing weather in San Diego. Best company to work for if you are interested to learn wireless technologies.

      Cons

      Not a lot of innovative work. Hard to find career advancement opportunities - for example if you want to switch from engineering to product management. Work-Life balance may not be possible in some groups. Salary is not great.

      Nice office. Nice technology. Good compensation. Good location. Nice gym. Free soda, cofee, etc. friendly people. Smart co-workers. overall very good company.

      Cons

      long working hours. cafeteria food is not so good. food services can be improved.
