      benefit is reasonable; salary is OK ; management is good; technical strength; potential is huge; A very good company to stay

      Cons

      Not good at the work-life balance; this doesn't mean that the management are not good. In fact, the management is very considerate. It is just that the schedule is tight.

      Very successful company. People on various teams are generally willing to help each other out. Interesting technology. Good work-life balance.
