Pros
most of employees are smart and hard-working. compensations and work place are good, especially the office, staff level up got a separate office, it's advantages to work on some innovative ideas at quiet office.
Cons
weekends are usually counted as work days, schedule is based on calendar not working day. if project falls on holiday, then you will have to sacrifice the family time.
