      Pros

      the best reason to work at qualcomm would be Work culture, peoples, along with these you will also gain the knowledge while working with brilliant people who are always ready to share their knowledge with you.

      Cons

      I guess its may no be a correct place to join the fresher, its better to join qualcomm after some experience, specially at higher positions.

      Pros

      Qualcomm is in the cutting edge of technology. You get to work in the latest technology and with a group of highly qualified people. They have lot of resources, giving employees access to wide variety of technical or market related information.

      Cons

      It is bit chaotic sometimes, not very smooth and organized for a large company. Lot of process can be improved to help people focus on work more and less on procedural aspects.

      start up company in a fast pace industry. company was acquired later by qualcomm. technology and silicon valley experience. good time.

      Cons

      after the first management change, company changed a bit. ceo was new and did not do a great job. however the company did get acquired.
