      Top notch products and highly technical environment. People with good attitude, knowledge and willingness to help creates a good environment.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines and targets. Work pressure and peer pressure can be stressful at times. Dynamic work environment forces people to stay up to date.

      good compensation and facilities Exposure to the industry at much bigger scale fun part is also considered lot of effort is put on employee work life balance

      Cons

      People management needs to be better facilities are there, but again mismanagement is there too the project flow needs to improve and be more employee friendly
