      Excellent pay, great people to work with that are very talented and skilled in their fields. You also have the ability to work with technologies that have a great impact on the future of computing world.

      Challenging projects; good pay and benefits; a lot of internal and external courses; fairly flexible hours; nice environment, offices instead of cubicles, gyms, tennis, voleyball and basketball courts; on-demand shuttles to travel between buildings

      Cons

      Normal disadvantages of big company: too many meetings, some politics on higher levels, some lack of coordination between departments, etc.; IT department is cheap
