      Strongest company I've ever work from, but rapid growth meant trial-and-error

      Pros

      The people were awesome, and the dramatic success afforded us many amenities. It also provided a very stable environment.

      Cons

      Smaller divisions were a testing ground for managers that were being groomed. Understandable from the larger picture, but painful at the smaller scale.

      Good Pay, Lot of time given to learn new technologies and new things. Lot of training involved. Good to start career

      Cons

      Low growth rate, work responsibilities vaguely defined by senior management, politics, favoritism,no respect to people starting their career. - work environment smells less motivating , same mistakes done by senior member overlooked, but young people bashed for it, shud be reverse.
