      Pros

      For the good friends, the like minded and friendly people.

      Cons

      The company has grown very big and hasn't scaled very well. The benefits offered earlier have been scaled back. They no longer have the annual year end parties.

      Pros

      Qualcomm was a good company to learn and move up in your career. They seemed to pay for higher performance and definitely had a community focus. Lots of good benefits, whether it be healthcare, discounts for entertainment or the onsite medical.

      Cons

      Once you moved up in management, it becomes a lot more political. It was less about how you performance and more about which group of people you were "in" with.
