* Exposure to latest tech * One of the best salary packages in the industry and perks * Flexible work timings * Good development work when you push the managers for it * Best manager I've worked so far [very difficult to find one]. Very encouraging and listens to the needs of co-workers * Best minds around so good potential for learning * Challenging and get to work with top tier customers * Flexibility to change teams

* Not much development work available since management keeps hiring new people and the work is distributed * Work life balance might take a hit [not for me because I love working]
