Pros

Benefits are the best in San Diego specially the health benefits. Other benefits like stocks, cash bonuses, ESPP, 401k, life insurance, vendor discounts and many more make this company a competitive employer. Engineering culture is good but can be stressful due to deadlines.

Cons

Can be political. Watch out for HR guys, they are not there to help you, there job is to look out for the company only. Negotiate well with them. Future prospects for the growth are questionable so the company tightening the belt.

Great perks such as discounts to events, movies, amusement parks. Big campus with constant events for their employees. Friendly and intelligent group of coworkers. Lots of opportunities to advance your skill set.

Cons

Lots of politics that come with a large corporate company unfortunately, but besides that I really enjoyed my experience here.
