      Top-notch technology company, exciting projects, leader in many areas, many talented people, good benefits.

      Cons

      Grew into a large company with a lot of overhead and complicated policies; a lot of processes got way more complicated than 20 years back.

      Pros

      Besides being fair, Qualcomm is a company works hard on the comfort and encouragement of its employees. I feel lucky to be part of its team.

      Cons

      The only negative point I can think of is the small annual wage increase which I thought would be bigger. But all in all it is still better than many other companies.
