      - Smart people, especially in the Austin office - Challenging work - Competitive pay - Hard work is rewarded

      Cons

      - The majority of compensations perks that made the company special have been phased out over the last three years - Career growth beyond a certain point is difficult for employees not located in San Diego (headquarters) - Hardware-focused leadership often misses the mark on crucial software decisions due to internal politics
