It was great when we kept our focus on technology.
Cons
Management is running company to the ground! They are buying back Billions in stock and the stock price has gone nowhere. They have absolutely cut all the innovation out of the company and are driving talent away. When I joined many years ago, our CEO used to ask us not to focus on stock price. By the time I left, there was constant discussion in our all hands about stock price and technical analysis by our CFO on our stock price. I knew at that point how incompetent our management had become.
