      Salaries are competitive as shares value is growing up a lot.

      Cons

      People from freshers are given more preference for Promotions and Titles.Freshers have dedicated Promotion Ladder which is fixed independent of the performance. But for Lateral . They delay the promotions like anything. This should be avoided.
