Pros

Not a good work life balance, not allowed to take vacation, they had be “unlimited vacation” but then mark you down on attendance if you try to take any days off.

Cons

Qualcomm lays off their top paid workers (which are the ones who are the best and get the highest bonus) and older workers each year, and at the same time, hires college kids to replace them. This seems highly illegal! Aetna employees had the famous 50/50 law suit where people over 50 making more than 50 were being targeted. Qualcomm is doing the exact same thing! They need to be sued !

Cons

I don't have any contrast
