Supportive Work culture and Professional Environment.

Cons

Salary for Associates should be more comparatively. Totally Work from home ( Hybrid culture should be inculcated) WFH keeps us socially inactive.

Cons

While the company offers many positives, there are areas that could be improved. One such area is the health and benefits package, which could benefit from extended coverage to better support the diverse needs of all employees. Additionally, the yearly salary increments are somewhat modest, and enhancing these could greatly boost employee satisfaction and retention.
