      Pros

      The company culture had been so amazing. There was an era of learning, training, teamwork, and optimism. Our customers loved us and we provided a level of Customer Support and skill that was unlike any of our competition.

      Cons

      Over the past 10 years the company gave up on training and developing existing talent. The company was sold and the entire Support and maintenance experts where outsourced. It is QAD in name only and may not have a future under the current management group.

We are restructuring to ultimately improve QAD and it has meant making some tough decisions and we do not take lightly the negative impact this has had on individuals.       Thanks for your comments and very happy you like the remote working arrangement and your manager. Your thoughts on the changes are very much heard as well. The changes are being implemented with the focus on overall improvement to the company for the long term and with ensuring we are supporting employees and people who are being impacted or exiting the organization.

      Depending on the role and the group, there are groups working with legacy technology. There are also groups working in the newest technology. Both are critical to QAD as a company.
