Since May 2023, I have had the privilege of working with QAD, and it has been an immensely rewarding experience. One of the standout aspects of QAD is its exceptional management. Having a supportive team is crucial for job satisfaction, and I consider myself fortunate to work with a highly competent and encouraging team, led by an outstanding manager.
Another remarkable feature of QAD is the flexibility it offers in terms of remote work. We are not required to work from the office, which provides a great work-life balance. However, we do have the opportunity to visit the office for all-hands meetings, which are always enjoyable and foster a sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
Overall, QAD is an excellent place to work, offering valuable exposure to a variety of technologies. The learning platform is particularly impressive, providing access to a wide range of courses that facilitate continuous professional development.
