Truly the people, collaborative, helpful, considerate Global Virtual first, work from home

Cons

Going through some changes after having been stable for about 40 years is difficult to go through for many emotionally and due to workload, but I think the team has managed to adapt well.

We have been going through a lot of changes with the goal of making QAD a better company with a long terms sustainable business model.
