      Low satisfaction, nose to the grind mill, zero market value work. In outdated technology.

      Pros

      Stocked Kitchen, travel opportunities, provide an opportunity to get an industry certification, great upper management, working with knowledgeable experts.

      Cons

      Lack of true career path, lack of communication and involvement from director to BDR, some corrections of processes and expectations need to be reviewed and established for the role.
