Used to be a great place to work as they cared for employees and customers but changed after the acquisition.

Cons

Focus is all about EBITA no matter even if you were doing a good job. It was a slap in the face when the redundancies were stated to get the company "fit for purpose". Trust has gone in the company.

Cons

Used to be a great company to work for, but was recently acquired by Thoma Bravo. Now many departments are experiencing layoffs. The job security is no longer there.
