      Pros

      QAD stresses "empathy" for how we interact with customers and co-workers, and it creates a wonderful culture of happy employees and customers. It starts with the founder (Pam) and CEO (Anton) and permeates the org. Company has a "start up" feel with respect to innovation, but mature and seasoned software people to keep the ship on course.

      Cons

      Product positioning is complex, and it can take time to learn if you don't have a background in ERP, Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Execution or Global Trade Management.

      Thanks for your review and great feedback on the product positioning and the time it takes to learn the product. One of the key focuses I have heard from our leaders is better onboarding and helping new sales employees get to productivity quicker. Addressing the product complexities will definitely be a part of this.
