      Wonderful culture, interesting tasks to work on. Appreciation from manager. Everyone is responsive and care about their work.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and grow. People and work culture is great. QAD is a Cloud ERP provider and is growing like anything so at times you might overwhelmed with workload. It not a con per se but you need to prioritize and juggle between the work. It's more of a challenge than the con.

      Cons

      There are no cons as such but if I want to list the con then I think QAD is build on niche technologies like Progress Database, and the architecture is designed for vertical scaling so you will not get much exposure to micro services, containers or other public cloud techs etc.
