Very fast paced work environment with minimal work-life balance
Pros
Team members can be amazingly helpful and friendly, but mainly the ones you work with regularly. Very laid back and casual office setting, no real dress code. Allowed work from home even prior to 2020, though working in the office is recommended for newcomers to get the most reliable help.
Cons
You and everyone around you are constantly overworked to meet very urgent goals that pile up endlessly. Some people in the company are incredibly rude and will treat you less like a human and more like a robot. There is no dedicated training regiment outside of self-help articles and droning pre-recorded slideshows; very much learn as you go type of work environment. This role is very draining on your mental health because of demands from customers and some team members.
