      Nice place to work. Atmosphere with colleagues is good and most of people are easy to cooperate with. Lots of people work at QAD since long time what is a good sign.

      Cons

      Many people at QAD work there since a long long time. They might be operating in a bubble and be to conservative (why change something that worked mentality).
