Everyone is very friendly and helpful when needed

Cons

There is so much proprietary software and things to learn. No issue is exactly the same. Training is non-existent due to the variance of the work in question. Expect to be putting in hours past your time to get stuff done.

If you are young, you will be taken advantage of and paid much less than your older colleagues Growth and promotion is based on favoritism by management, or your age
