      Pros

      Culture is a big deal at QAD. The people and the systems to get your job done are excellent. I found that most employees are positive and feel empowered to get the job done. Your input is really valued at QAD. The training tools help with both product education as well as professional training. Benefits are great too. The company is trying new things and is poised to be very successful over competitors.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit less than similar jobs.
