      Pros

      QAD is a very inclusive and employee-centric organization. It is a great environment to work in and develop your professional skills. Onboarding is very thorough and you truly have all of the tools you need to be successful in the organization.

      Cons

      Due to the pandemic, it has been difficult to really appropriate the culture of the organization face to face, but with that said everyone is very helpful and doors are quite open.

      Very collaborative, fast paced, has performed well under COVID and allows for highly supportive environment while working remote, great business model for implementing from anywhere

      fast paced (sometimes that's as good as it is bad)
