Thanks for your feedback. This is a time of transition as we move from a publicly traded company where the original founder was a majority shareholder to being recently acquired by Thoma Bravo, a private equity company. The goal in working with Thoma Bravo is to improve our competitiveness and our capabilities as a company and to leverage their expertise to make QAD a better company for the long term. We value employees for their perspective, expertise, skills and their efforts in their work. I agree a team is a good analogy.

I am sorry to hear you were impacted by the recent organizational changes. We appreciate your time, your work and your efforts while working at QAD.
