      Pros

      Very Good Pay - You are compensated well for the job you perform. Great Opportunity for Advancement - It is easy to move up in the company's ranks, even at a young age. Overall Good - Benefits are very good and there are few things wrong with the employer.

      Cons

      Some incompetent management - Some managers are incompetent and I do not have faith in them. On the other hand, I have had some great managers who will do everything to help me succeed. Some poor hiring decisions for your co-workers - Sometimes, as in every job, the hiring decisions are poor and you have to make up for their laziness.

      Pros

      It has amazing benefits and provides a structured, well-established track record. It also offers great job security in comparison with many other companies.They also overstaff their stores which eases the stress that some other retail operations have.

      Cons

      Management can be cold and incapable of understanding personal issues. Some of the systems implemented in tracking sales and other things could use improvement. The automated replenishment system specifically leaves a lot to be desired and tends to be inaccurate to a fault. If you're more than 3 minutes late, you're written up for being tardy. More than 3 times and you get a 1 week suspension.
