Publix is an excellent company not only do they pay good as an associate you own a piece of the pie and you get to buy share and make good money, and start a 401(k) plan for your retirement. Also Publix cares about it's associate unlike other competitors who treat there associates bad.Publix managment wants to always help it's fellow associates to achieve more and to help them move up and will do anything if u are willing to help u out. Publix offers benefits to ALL of it associates including part-timers and u get four that is right four bonuses a year after your first year and as long as u work 20 hours a week. It does not get any better then that
