Looks great on a resume, industry leader. Lots of resources at your disposal, you get to see some of the most cutting edge technology in motorsport and production cars.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy. Sometimes management focuses on seemingly pointless themes that have little to do with product development. Other issues.
