- top employees and colleagues who are very passionate about the brand and its product - down-to-the earth despite its luxury positioning - relatively action-oriented and structured way of thinking - Ppl don't like BS around, meritocracy is also important, not only relationship building

Cons

- very male-dominated, glass-ceilings for females very visible and the management doesn't really care - strong heritage, hence ppl tend to play by rules rather question the rules - very risk-averse, innovations/news ideas have limitation
