      Good company, fownders. Slowly slowly bringing good change. New executive mam is very nice and humble and consern for employee. Now employee listened. Now Saturday off. Now employee commination emails. update townhall by CEO. Now feedback meeting with German fownder to listen employee problem

      Pros

      Company Culture was good and flexibility is there to work from home. Manager and HR team were very supportive in my journey with Plantix :)

      Cons

      Hike % was very less.
