      Pros

      You can get continous trainings, renewel, and a good working athmosphere. Sometimes your duties are improved and small changes may occur, continous development in business tools and systems are defenete.

      Cons

      If you are a non-engineer you have no chance to get further in your career. management sometimes forgets to appreciate hard working and brilliant projects. Some of HQ support departments are very passive in general and not willing to participate in reaching the common company goals.

      Pros

      Easy-going atmosphere from the president on down. Co-workers are pleasant, and friendlier than at any company I've ever worked for in the past. The owner has set a goal to be one of the best places to work in the world, and evidence of that is all around, from the employee fitness center, to the ergonomic workstations.

      Cons

      German parent company uses different systems, and expects same results from US operations, with the same ease and speed achieved in Germany. This is definitely not the case and friction between cultures arises occasionally.

      Pros

      The environment is relaxed, communication from upper management is fairly good and the benefits are reasonable.

      Cons

      Anyone with career ambitions who is not an engineer may get frustrated here. There is little room for advancement, growth or promotions in the non-engineer positions.
