      Great Culture

      Pros

      Very hard to fault the culture. The Company values are lived by. Exciting time to be part of a growing start-up. Very flexible and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Progression seems slow. The general promotion cycle seems to be straining under the load (But it is getting an overhaul now).

      Pros

      Great peers, fun to work with but overall a bit of a toxic culture. Decent compensation and benefits for a start-up.

      Cons

      Poor and constantly changing (senior) leadership in marketing and across the business. Managers are biased and talk badly about their own team members. Many have hardly any experience in leading teams and therefore cannot develop their team members. The product is mediocre.

      Not set up for success, almost no promotion paths and a lot of fake promises. No transparency
