      Pros

      Great company culture, above-average pay, flexible working hours, remote work possible, great benefits, highly competent and helpful colleagues, great product that in general is very much appreciated by customers, good and transparent communication, very well organised for a start-up. In total: from my point of view and longterm experience with different companies, I cannot share the negative comments at all. I am very happy to be at Personio

      A very good place to work

      Pros

      Autonomy, personal and professional growth support, challenging problems to solve, good perks, little bureaucracy, I find that the seeking to improve core purpose is taken seriously.

      Cons

      The uncertainty of continuing being a startup or becoming a bit more of a corporate isn't an easy spot. What are we? Some lack of management support sometimes. I see a lack of what are our current product goals. Engineers are seeing as first-class citizens while others are not as they should - my impression as an engineer.
