      Pros

      Honestly, none. Pay is average compared to market, especially given that no bonus is paid and salary increment is a joke. Culture is toxic.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Ever-changing priorities. Incompetent middle managers who don’t care about their teams. Senior leaders are full of corporate speak and no real accountability or responsibility for outcomes or peoples’ wellbeing. Extremely toxic culture that seems more interested in satisfying shareholders at the expense of the product, customers and employees. One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for hands down.

      Used to be flexibility but they’ve recently made changes to their flexible working policies which caused backlash

      I would avoid working here at all costs. The ceo is not cut out for the job or able to steer the company to success. I was there for 3 years and it got worse and worse. - Poor leadership. Leaders are ill equipped with leading teams to enable them at their potential. Instead things are micro managed and poor investment made to help them succeed - poor decision making. Car crash after car crash - layoffs are normal - poor comp structure - poor performance structure - HR team is needs improvement
