Pros

- I thoroughly enjoyed the last couple of years in Personio due to the amazing work colleagues I had. - There is a super strong sense of team within the Dublin office and a rare chance to work closely with C-Suite no matter who you are within the sales org. - Additionally, there has been a huge upsurge in product development which can only benefit the team and company as a whole as it continues to grow and expand. - In terms of values and culture these are very much lived by everyone on a daily bases which results in great team spirit.

Cons

As with every fast paced environment there are always growing pains however a significant effort has been put in over the last couple of months to ensure that everyone is set up for success moving forward.
