Good office in a good location. My team members were great.

Cons

Lack of PMF outside of Germany. Senior leadership team that change their mind depending on the day of the week and who shouts the loudest which causes so many issues for other teams trying to pivot to follow. Too many consultant types at the top lacking real commercial knowledge. Far too much attention to detail on everything which sacrifices speed of execution. Unmeasurable goals set for teams which erodes confidence of achievement. Far too many employees for the size of the business because there are too many meaningless processes

the work environment is challenging, with misalignment and a lack of trust among teams (toxic culture, backstabbing, blame, so on). middle management struggles with effectiveness, and senior leadership faces difficulties in articulating a clear and inspiring vision. the product itself is boring, complex and heavily over-engineered, with limited engagement or excitement for engineers working on it
