Hello, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Personio hasn’t been the best. We always want to provide everyone with an outstanding people experience, so we do take your input very seriously. We understand that a 3 month long onboarding process is quite extensive, but we want to be sure that all our Personios in customer-facing roles are well prepped and ready to feel confident in their position and provide our customers with a great experience. The other points you raised regarding lack of support and sick-leave are very concerning to us. We want every employee to feel supported and be able to get the help they need, and we also never want anyone to work or feel the pressure of needing to work, when they aren’t well.
