      Used to be flexibility but they’ve recently made changes to their flexible working policies which caused backlash

      I would avoid working here at all costs. The ceo is not cut out for the job or able to steer the company to success. I was there for 3 years and it got worse and worse. - Poor leadership. Leaders are ill equipped with leading teams to enable them at their potential. Instead things are micro managed and poor investment made to help them succeed - poor decision making. Car crash after car crash - layoffs are normal - poor comp structure - poor performance structure - HR team is needs improvement

      Pros

      One of the best places I've worked - comparable ambition to US tech but with a good level of camaraderie between employees. Great culture in the London office - lots of events and chances to meet people. Work is fast-paced but meaningful and I have good autonomy to drive my initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration is good and teams generally work pretty well together.

      Cons

      Prioritisation has always been a challenge and we've tried to do to much at once but I think leadership are really starting to turn around on this. We've been through a few restructures but they are generally handled compassionately as much as it sucks to see people impacted.
