      Pros

      I've had a great experience working at Personio. The company culture is incredibly positive and supportive, fostering a great environment to learn and develop. The fast-paced nature of the business keeps things exciting and challenging. I appreciate the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the company's growth. The team is amazing, and I've learned a lot from my colleagues. Highly recommend!

      If you don't like change then this is not the place for you. It's just the nature of a scale up, I don't see it as a negative but just something to note.
