Personio used to be family. We were empowered and highly motivated. Regrettably now is just another company taking away all the perks that made it special. The company is focus on New leaders coming from ‘outside’, reducing internal development. Most of this new leaders are pushing micro-managing). Back to the office with the purpose of controlling employees, laptop activity control, reduced flexibility, control check in meetings (where are you, what have you done…) and motivating ‘chair warming’ instead of highly motivated-productive employees.
