      Pros

      As a highlight of my current experience, I would say that since the company is quite young and still developing in different aspects, proactivity in terms of proposing initiatives is very welcome. Other pros would be: - Young environment. - Direct impact on the product - Opportunities to grow in your career path. - Transparent communication. - Good work tools. - Good work-life balance. - Modern office in a central location. - Company events. - Good benefits.

      Cons

      We have a development budget plus a full day to use it for any work-related training, conferences or books, but it would be nice to have more onsite tech training.

      Pros

      Everybody is aligned with the companies values and operating principles. You can feel a great atmosphere of clever and motivated people. The office is super modern and there is a regular all teams meeting with employees from international offices.

      Pros

      - open culture with high transparency - even though the company is rapidly growing everyone is very welcoming and the HR team does a great job to make the start of each new employee as comfortable as possible - very nice individual on-boarding plan - open feedback culture - flat hierarchies - management employees do not make a big deal out of their position + one can easily go into a discussion with everyone - one does feel the good vibes - the company offers a bunch of great benefits including regular company events like a ski trip to the Alps - great new office with up-to-date tech
