      Great onboarding experience

      Pros

      Despite it being remote due to the Pandemic, I can't complain about the application process and the onboarding process. They invested a lot of time in me, you get to meet some people from your future team before you join, the HR people are also really nice and helpful. I feel like the salary is also quite competitive. I'm still going through onboarding, so I'll know more about the internal workings soon. But everything I've seen till now has left a very good impression on me.

      Cons

      I can't think of much now, apart from the fact that everything is remote, so I can't meet my new team yet.

      Pros

      You will speak to different stakeholders like HR, peers, managers or board members and also be invited for a values interview to check whether you fit the company culture. Speaking to future peers was fun and in a quite relaxed atmosphere, so it is a good mix of difficulty levels. HR contact was very quick in responding, I perceived them as very engaged yet professional! Both sides, applicant and Personio, will get to know each other quite well so that you'll be able to base your decision on a well-balanced, detailed impression. Process was 100% remote.

      Process took quite long and you will need to make time during your working hours.

      - The culture encourages ownership and gives employees an opportunity to shape their role and have real impact. - Personio is full of smart and motivated people. - There is a shared sense of purpose and desire to make an impact – recent changes have - Leadership encourages feedback and input from the workforce and makes a genuine effort to effect positive change. - Generally speaking, solid set of benefits (subsidies for public transport, lunch, fitness & professional coaching)

      - Varies by role and department, but the pace can be high and workload fluctuates. - Shifting priorities within teams and roles – need to be willing to adapt and comfortable managing ambiguity - Processes are still maturing – some inconsistency in the way projects are managed and/or information shared
