      Pros

      Strong teamwork. Cross-team communication is amazing here. Blameless interactions when providing critical feedback. Management listens to it's customers and employees and provides transparent goals.

      Cons

      Heavy workload and long hours. IMHO, this isn't always a bad thing - as it builds strong work ethic and character.
