Pros
The culture, people, onboarding process, office & facilities and compensation package. Personio is a company that not only talks about the importance of a good company culture but we live it in everything that we do here. From the people that they hire (friendly team workers that are determined and ambitious with a strong growth mindset) to the in depth and comprehensive onboarding process and the compensation package offered to the facilities provided it sets us up to work our best and enjoy coming to work everyday.
Cons
None that I can think of so far outside of the usual little things that come with being part of a fast growing tech company like documentation sometimes being out of date and sometime a little bit of ambiguity but thats a wider industry issue and not a company specific thing.
